Here's everything you need to know about how Ritulyaa Sarees & Suits packs and delivers your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during festive seasons, sale periods, or due to courier or weather delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. Orders that meet the free-shipping threshold (configured in store settings; typically ₹2,999 and above) ship free across India. Any flat fee under that threshold is shown clearly before you pay.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you can follow its status anytime from the Track Order page in your account. We will also keep you updated by email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and mobile number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. You can save multiple addresses in My Addresses for faster checkout.

Delays & Issues
